This syrup helps expectoration and improves immunity.
- 3 rosemary twigs
- 3 lemons
- 250 grams sugar
- 1 liter of water
Preparation: Lemons are washed and soaked in water which has 1 tablespoon salt and baking soda. So lemons should be left 24 hours, then lemons are washed with clean water. In a bowl pour the water, finely chopped lemons and rosemary twigs. Then put to boil on low fire. This mixture should boil even liquid is reduced by half, and the rest should strain, then add sugar and boil much less, only sugar to be melted. Allow syrup to cool and collected in a glass jar or bottle.
