Tobacco smoke can cause some serious damage to overall health, especially the health of the lungs. Therefore, we present a recipe for a home remedy that can effectively cleanse the lungs and improve the overall health.
- 400 grams of garlic, peel the cloves and/or cut the in quarters
- A piece of ginger
- 2 teaspoons of turmeric
- 400 grams of brown sugar
- 1 liter of water
Put the water in a pot and heat it. Add the sugar afterwards and cook until it reaches boiling point. Once it starts boiling, add the ground ginger, garlic and turmeric and cook for a few minutes, but not too long.
Put the pot away from the fire and let the mixture cools to room temperature. It is recommendable to store the resulting mixture in the refrigerator.
Consume 2 tablespoons of the remedy every morning on an empty stomach and another 2 tablespoons in the evening after you have eaten the last meal of the day.
