When we cannot complete our daily activities on time, we often remain awake till late night hours or do not sleep, so we feel sleepy, tired and without enough. In order to stay awake, we often use large amounts of caffeine.

These two things should always be combined together, and never one or the other. This way of rest makes people very resilient and more concentrated.
