     Our knees and ankles are among the most important joints in the body that keep the body in an upright position, we need to walk, jumping and general movement. Eventually themselves joints, tendons and muscles that are attached to them, lose their elasticity and become rigid, and every movement painful.      Smoothie  with pineapple, oatmeal and cinnamon. This drink is high in vitamin C, silicon, magnesium, and bromelian thanks to pineapple. This smoothi give to body energy and strenght.

     Ingredients Required:

  • 2 cups chopped pineapple
  • 250 ml. water
  • 1 cup oat flakes
  • 40 g. natural honey
  • 7 g. cinnamon
  • Crushed almonds 40g.
  • 1 cup orange juice

     How to prepare?

     Place almonds in a blender, orange juice, cinnamon and honey and well constructed it. Boil them oat flakes and leave to cool. In blended smoothie  add the oats and pineapple, and process him until an even consistency. Optionally you can add before the end of a few ice cubes and work out the mixture a bit.
