How To Remove The White Patches On Your Skin – Vitiligo

  1. Coconut oil

  1. Turmeric

Add a few teaspoons of mustard oil in some turmeric powder and apply it to skin where the patches are. This mixture will boost your immune system. Apply this mixture two times on a daily basis to your skin. In order to see effective and visible results, use this continuously for a year.

It has anti-fugal characteristic which eliminates the fungus that are the cause for the white skin patches. It helps your skin to glow and to preserve its normal color.   1. Copper rich food

It’s essential for melanin production. Pour some water in the copper vessel and let it stay overnight. Drink it each morning on an empty stomach, as the vessel releases copper irons that will boost the melanin production.

  1. Cabbage Juice

Take one cabbage and extract the juice of its leaves. Then, apply the juice to the affected part and let it stay for 15 minutes. Then, wash it off with with lukewarm water. This will reduce the white skin patches.

  1. Vitamin B and C

Indigestion might cause white patches in some people. So, in order to eliminate them, first of all you will have to eliminate indigestion by regular intake of vitamin B. Vitamins C improve the immune system of the body and maintains the skin complexion. Eating a lot of fruits and veggies rich in vitamin C will improve digestion and reduces the white patches.
