Ingredients you will need:

  • 1 or 2 lemons
  • Sesame oil

Preparation and Use:

Start off by cutting the lemons in small chunks and tie them in a piece of cotton cloth. Dip the cloth in sesame oil and apply it on the knee. Let it act for 10 minutes and repeat this treatment 2 times every day.

To achieve even better results, drink a glass of lukewarm lemon water every morning on an empty stomach. This will improve heart health and prevent additional issues.
