Who Says That Sweets Fattening?


    The good news for all those who love chocolate and other sweets, is that these sweet delights not only make you fattie, but also people who enjoy them slimmer and healthier.

    Study done in America showed that sweets, chocolates and candies do not have to be fatal in any volume on your waist or in overall health, as long as you consume in moderate quantity.

    Also, people who like sweets have a 15 % lower risk of developing high cardiac pressure and a 15 % lower risk for them to develop a metabolic syndrome.

    Although respondents who participated in the study ate every day after a good meal in question were very small amounts to 50 grams, and scientists warn that benefit more than this amount can have the opposite effect.
